COVID-19 Protocols

At Eye Care By Design, we make cleanliness and infection control a priority between patients.

Based on CDC and professional association guidelines, the following protocols are in effect at our practice:

• Once you book an appointment, you will receive electronic registration / intake forms for you to complete. Please complete these as soon as possible so we may verify insurance information and ensure everything is in place for your visit. This will help eliminate in-office paperwork.on-contact thermometer.
• Please be conscious of maintaining social distancing if other patients are present.
• The doctors will be wearing masks and other PPE as necessary. You will find shields and barriers have been installed on various equipment throughout the office, as well as air filtration systems throughout the practice.
